Most cutting boards make one surface handle everything. This one doesn’t. The Grade 1 titanium side takes raw meat, poultry and seafood. The wheat-fiber side takes fruit, vegetables and bread. Flip the board, change the job.
✔ Titanium side: non-porous, raw juices can’t soak in
✔ Wheat-fiber side: softer under the blade for produce
✔ Juice groove + non-slip feet: less mess, no sliding
✔ Dishwasher-safe, no oiling ever
✔ One board replaces two: less to buy, less to wash

Try it at home
Chop on it. Wash it. Live with it. Then decide — you have 100 days.
Medium – 15.2" × 10.4": The everyday board.
Best for weeknight prep, a chicken breast and a salad, or fruit for 1–3 people. Fits beside the sink.
Large – 18.1" × 12.2": Room for the whole meal.
Best for a roast, a whole fish, family dinners and Sunday meal prep for 3–5 people.
Only buying one? Our pick is the Large — it handles small jobs too.
Can’t decide? Take both with the 2-board bundle: Medium for everyday prep, Large for big cooks, plus an extra 10% off and a free Non-Slip Mat.
Titanium side — raw meat, poultry, fish and seafood. Non-porous, so juices and odors stay on the surface and rinse away.
Wheat-fiber side — fruit, vegetables, bread, cheese and herbs. A softer surface that is kind to your knife edge.
Keeping raw proteins and ready-to-eat food on different surfaces is the simplest way to avoid cross-contamination.
Wash both sides with warm water and a drop of dish soap, then dry. Decide which side is your “raw” side and keep it that way — the titanium side is made for it.
• Rinse or wash with warm water and mild soap, or place in the dishwasher

YOUR BOARD MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM
Foodborne illness makes about 48 million Americans sick every year (CDC), and your board touches everything you eat. Here’s what the usual materials hide in the grooves, the grain and the glue.
The fix
Titanium where raw juices land, wheat fiber where your knife meets fresh food. Each side does the job it is best at.

Cleaner than plastic. Easier than wood. Kinder to knives than glass.
* TitaniumWares™ column: titanium side for raw proteins, wheat-fiber side for produce. Other materials vary by brand.
The USDA recommends one board for fresh produce and a separate one for raw meat, poultry and seafood. Here the titanium side is your raw board and the wheat-fiber side is your produce board, so the chicken you trim never touches the strawberries your kids eat.

About 1 in 25 packages of raw chicken at the store carries Salmonella (CDC). If that chicken shares a board with your salad, so does the Salmonella.
Titanium side for the chicken. Wheat side for the salad. Never the same surface.
Cut raw meat and fish on the titanium side, flip to the wheat-fiber side for fruit and vegetables, then rinse both sides clean.

EASY CLEANUP
Raw chicken juice sits on the titanium instead of sinking in, and beet or berry stains wipe off the wheat-straw side. A rinse with warm soapy water, or the dishwasher — no oiling, no soaking.
RAW VS. READY
Pick one side for raw proteins and never change it. Everything else goes on the other side. That’s all it takes to keep raw juices away from food you won’t cook.
Discover why home cooks choose Titanium Wares™ for cleaner prep and cleaner cooking — and why we stand behind every board.

No, and we don’t pretend it is. One side is Grade 1 titanium (99.96% pure), the other is wheat straw PP — wheat-straw fiber blended with food-grade polypropylene. The titanium side is for raw meat, fish and poultry; the wheat-fiber side is for fruit, vegetables, bread and herbs.
Raw proteins and ready-to-eat food shouldn’t share a surface. Titanium is non-porous, so it suits raw juices; wheat fiber is softer under the blade, so it suits produce and herbs. Flipping the board replaces a second board.
The titanium side. Keep it as your raw side every time, and use the wheat-fiber side for anything you eat without cooking.
Yes, that is what the two sides are for. Cut raw meat, poultry and fish on the titanium side only, and use the wheat-fiber side for cooked food, fruit, vegetables and bread. Rinse the titanium side with hot soapy water after raw meat before it touches anything else.
Titanium is harder than wood or plastic but far gentler than glass or stone, so hone your knife now and then as you would with any board. The wheat-fiber side is the gentler of the two.
Yes, both sides. Hand washing with warm water and mild soap keeps the finish looking new the longest.
Not on the wheat-fiber side — keep it away from direct heat. Use a trivet for pans straight off the stove.
Not for its size. The Medium weighs about 2.7 lb (1,230 g) and the Large about 3.9 lb (1,780 g), so it is easy to lift, flip mid-prep and carry to the table. Non-slip feet keep it steady while you chop.
The titanium side is non-porous, so odors and stains stay on the surface and wash off. Wash the wheat-fiber side soon after cutting strongly colored food such as beets or turmeric.
Medium (15.2" × 10.4") suits everyday prep for 1–3 people. Large (18.1" × 12.2") gives room for roasts, whole fish and family meal prep.
The titanium side does not rust, corrode or need resurfacing. With normal care the board is built for years of daily use.
Titanium costs far more to source and machine than plastic, wood or bamboo, so most brands stick with the cheaper materials. We put titanium where it matters most, on the side that handles raw meat, which keeps the board safe to use and fairly priced.
You have 100 days to try the board. Contact support@titaniumwares.com about change-of-mind returns; faulty or wrong items are refunded in full. See our Return & Refund Policy.
